What we build
Four ways to get a Tiki in your hand.
Custom Builds
One rod, built to one angler. You pick the blank, the guides, the seat, the grip and the thread, and it gets wrapped by hand on the wrapper until it is right.

House Rods
The Frigate Series. Same hands, same components, built to a fixed spec so you can buy one off the rack and know exactly what you are getting.

Repairs & Rewraps
Broken tip, cracked guide, tired wraps. Bring in the rod you already trust and it goes back out fishing instead of into the garage.

Dealers & Wholesale
Shops and charter operations can carry the Tiki line. Twenty rods to open, mixed however you like, and a free rod stand if you take thirty.

How a rod gets built
Five steps. None of them skipped.
A custom rod is not a catalog order. It starts with a conversation about where you fish and ends with epoxy curing on the wrapper.

- 01
The conversation
Where do you fish? What types of bait do you use? What reels and what boat are you running? The rod gets specified around your answers, not around a catalog.
- 02
Blank and hardware
Blanks, reel seats and guides hand selected for each type of build.
- 03
Guide placement
Guides are laid out and static tested on the blank itself so the load spreads properly through the curve, then taped and checked again.
- 04
The wrapper
Every wrap is laid down by hand on the wrapper. This is where the color goes on, and where a decorative or cross wrap gets built if you asked for one.
- 05
Finish and cure
Epoxy over the thread, turned until it levels and cures hard and clear. Then it gets checked, labeled and it is yours.
Thread work
The part you cannot order from a catalog.
Cross wraps, tipped and trimmed bands, camo, service emblems, marbled butt sections. If you can describe it, it can be wrapped.

Built to fish.
Not to sit on a wall. Every rod that leaves the shop is a working tool, built one at a time, and it carries a limited lifetime warranty because of it.
Giving back
Casting for Care
When an offshore fisherman gets hurt, the bills do not stop and the paycheck does. Casting for Care exists to cover that gap, and Jack sits on its board.

Ready when you are
Tell us what you fish for.
Send us the water, the target, the reel you are running and any colors you have in mind. You will get a real answer back, not an auto-reply.
